On Mission to Share our Faith, Nurture and Strengthen Families, Show the Love of the Father, Care for the Forgotten
Here we go!

September 15, 2022

We have started our mission Brian has quit his job and we are on the road!  This is such an exciting time to know that we are stepping out in faith and walking with God!  We are so grateful that you all are with us on this journey.  Thank you for your prayers and support!

Let’s go back about a month to some exciting news before we left Sun Valley.  Earlier this year in April Madalyn made the decision to trust God as her Lord and Savior!  Then just about a month ago in August Winston chose to ask the Lord into his life!  As if that were not enough to celebrate, on August 14th both kids were baptized in the Big Wood River as a public declaration of their faith!  See our blog for more about that click here.

As our time in Idaho was winding down we were able to have some great meals and times of fellowship with several of the amazing people God has put in our lives.  We would like to thank all of our family at The Rock Church for supporting us and sending us out!  They prayed over us and officially sent us out on our journey, for a video from that service please click here.

Although it was hard to say goodbye to Sun Valley and the relationships that have grown over the past year, it is exciting to see where the Lord will lead us before we leave for Spain in January.  We have a few stops planned to serve at different YWAM bases and as always we pray that we stay aware of opportunities to serve and love others as we go.

As we start our journey we are lucky enough to get a couple of weeks to visit friends and family. We got to visit with Kati’s parents, her Uncle George, Aunt Mary and brother Kevin in some of God’s most beautiful creations. We saw God's beauty in southern Utah with the red rocks and awesome landscape of Capitol Reef and Arches National Parks. The kids were excited to go to a rock shop which had so many Utah rocks they didn’t want to leave..  As usual Winston was a good example for us in asking the lady that worked there if she has ever been told Jesus loves her. She said at least a thousand times.  I don't think it was an answer Winston expected but told her that was good to hear! We are also going to visit Brian’s Mom and Brother’s family in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

Please continue to pray for us and consider supporting us as we still have a long way to go in our fundraising, but are believing and trusting God will provide!

Trust in him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts to him, for God is our refuge.  Psalms 62:8 NIV
